Privacy Architecture
At Oriquendris Game Studio, we treat player data with the same technical precision we apply to our high-performance html games. This document outlines the structural logic of our data handling, ensuring transparency for every online game participant.
Policy Status
Effective Date: July 15, 2026. This policy governs all mobile and tablet digital environments operated by Oriquendris.
01. Data Controller
Legal identity and administrative framework for information governance within the Canadian jurisdiction.
Oriquendris Game Studio (operating at oriquendris.live) acts as the primary data controller for all personal information collected through our games. Our studio is committed to the protection of individual privacy rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and relevant international standards.

We do not appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as our scale does not mandate one, however, our engineering lead manages all privacy-by-design pipelines.
VISUAL PROTOCOL
Data separation layers: Our architectural approach ensures user identities remain isolated from game logic cycles.
The Data Inventory: What We Measure
Technical Logs
We collect IP addresses, device hardware identifiers, and browser specifications to optimize the performance of our html games for different mobile chipsets.
- • Viewport Dimensions
- • Latency Metrics
- • OS Version
Performance Data
To determine the current winners in high-score leaderboards, we store voluntary usernames and session performance timestamps.
- • Score Verification
- • Session Duration
- • Interactive Inputs
Support Inquiries
Information provided when contacting our studio for technical help regarding tablet browser accessibility or game logic stability.
- • Email Metadata
- • Communication Logs
- • Issue Reports
Engineering Justification
Functional Necessity
Collection is restricted to what is essential for running the online game environment. Without this technical handshaking, the HTML5 engine cannot reliably render assets across fragmented tablet screen sizes.
Stability Analysis
Aggregated, non-identifiable data is used to audit our JS code for memory leaks. This ensures our games maintain structural integrity during long gaming sessions on portable hardware.
Anti-Fraud Protection
We monitor for synthetic traffic and logic manipulation to ensure leaderboard winners are verified human players, thereby protecting the technical fairness of the Oriquendris ecosystem.
Retention Schedule
We retain technical logs for a maximum period of 12 months. Interaction data related to high-score achievements remains active as long as the game remains in our portfolio, or until a player requests deletion. Once the engineering purpose is satisfied, data is scrubbed from our production servers within 30 days.
Accessibility
You may request a copy of all data points associated with your browser footprint and game history.
Modification
Identification errors in leaderboard records can be corrected via technical support request.
Erasure
All session identities can be purged upon request, yielding a "Technical Clear" state for your hardware.
Restriction
Players may restrict the use of their performance data for studio-wide analytics and trend mapping.
04. User Authority
Structural Integrity & Partners
Oriquendris does not sell or lease player data. We share limited technical signals with cloud infrastructure providers solely to maintain low-latency delivery of html games globally. All data transfer is encrypted using transport layer security (TLS).
